We want to empower workers to take control of their employment data. We consider each person, whatever her working status, to deserve tailored services and won't have to suffer from any exclusion. By building the pipeline of access to employment data, we aspire to put more fairness and precision in the decision process of many institutions, from banks to insurance.

As an early-stage company, we are building our own culture based on common values. We encourage everyone at Rollee to:

• Be transparent. Transparency means sharing all issues encountered, things to improve, and valuable information to your teammates. Our fully remote mode works thanks to the openness and professionalism of people who join us.
• Have a balanced life. Being committed to succeeding never meant working 12 hours per day and endanger his health. We have ambitious objectives but, above all, a long-term vision with you.
